全国卫生产业企业管理协会

全国卫生产业企业管理协会是由原国家卫生部申报，民政部登记批准，1992年10月成立的社团组织。由从事卫生健康企事业单位和科研、管理等人员自愿结成的全国性、行业性、非营利性，具有独立法人资格的社会团体。登记管理机关是民政部，党建领导机关是中央社会工作部，行业管理单位是国家卫生健康委员会。

协会宗旨：坚持“护佑健康、发展产业、诚信创新、服务社会”，推进卫生健康事业、产业企业发展，为国家经济建设和人民健康服务。

业务范围：参与卫生健康产业的方针政策和法律、法规的研究，协助行业管理部门加强对全国医院后勤建设和卫生健康产业企业的行业调研、协调和管理；协调卫生健康产业企业之间的生产经营活动和行业自律；组织全国医院后勤、卫生健康事业专业、产业企业开展经营管理经验、学术交流；受政府委托承办或根据市场和行业发展需要举办产品、技术展示展览；提供卫生健康产业相关的政策指导、经营管理指导、专业技术指导和信息服务，以及卫生健康产业企业经营管理所必要的法律咨询和法律服务；搜集、发布、论证和推广全国医院后勤建设、卫生健康产业方面的科研成果，为医疗技术成果转化搭建平台；引进、开发、宣传、推广和应用先进优质的卫生健康产业相关技术；培训全国医院后勤人员和卫生健康产业经营管理者以及相关专业技术人员；组织卫生健康专业领域、产业企业制定团体标准；依照有关规定，编辑出版学术期刊、书籍、信息资料、行业报告和影像制品；开展港澳台及国际交流与合作；承担政府有关主管部门委托的其他工作。

       协会现任第五届理事会会长，党支部书记窦熙照。

协会在理事会领导和窦熙照会长的带领下，围绕国家卫生健康委员会中心任务，新医改要求，大健康发展理念，在政府与行业、专业和企业之间发挥协会桥梁纽带作用。协会在科学、民主、规范、开放、务实、服务的办会方针指导下，广纳会员、搭建平台、政策解读、跨界融合联合、开展社会公益、推动行业专业企业高质量发展，配合政府部门助推全国医院后勤建设，在国家大健康产业快速发展中发挥自身独特的作用。

The National Association of Health Industry and Einterprise Management (NHlEl), a primary social organization in China founded in 0etober1992, functions as an industry service and management provider. Registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China(McA), The Party-building leadership authority is the Society Work bepartment of the Cpc Central Committe, and the industry regulatory bodv istheNational Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China.

Since the foundation, the association has been insisting on “protecting people’s health, developing medical industry, providing creative products and services with integrity and serving for the society”.

The major responsibilities of NAHIEM include: participating in policy and regulation researches for pharmaceutical and health industry, assisting the industry management department to strengthen the industry research, coordination and management of the national hospital logistics construction and health industry enterprises; Coordinating the production and operation activities and industry self-discipline among health industry enterprises; Organize the operation, management experience and academic exchange of hospital logistics, health professionals and industrial enterprises nationwide; To be entrusted by the government or to hold exhibitions of products and technologies according to the needs of market and industry development; Providing policy guidance, operation and management guidance, professional technical guidance and information services related to the health industry, as well as legal advice and services necessary for the operation and management of health industry enterprises; Collecting, publishing, demonstrating and promoting the scientific research achievements of hospital logistics construction and health industry in China, and build a platform for the transformation of medical technology achievements; Introducing, developing, publishing, promoting and applicating of advanced and high-quality technology related to health industry; Training hospital logistics personnel and health industry management and related professional and technical personnel; Organize health professional fields and industrial enterprises to formulate group standards; To edit and publish academic journals, books, information materials, industry reports and video products in accordance with relevant regulations; Carrying out exchanges and cooperation between Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and the international community; Undertake other work entrusted by relevant government departments in charge. 

Dou Xizhao is the current chairman of the fifth council and the party branch secretary of the association.

Under the leadership of the executive council and President Dou Xizhao , the association plays a role as a bridge between the government and industries, professions and enterprises, centering on the central tasks of the National Health Commission, the requirements of the new medical reform and the concept of health development. On the basis of scientific, democratic, normative, open, pragmatic and service-oriented, The association attracts members, builds platforms, interprets policies, integrates and combines across sectors, carries out social welfare, promotes the development of professional enterprises in the industry, assists government departments to boost the national hospital logistics construction, and plays its unique role in the rapid development of the national health industry.
